About Nine Pens

Nine Pens is a poetry press based in the North Pennines. Formed in 2020 through a successful crowd funding campaign, we are particularly interested in working with new and emerging writers. We publish at least nine pamphlets each year, as well as a range of anthologies. 

Our main aim is to amplify the voices of poets and offer a foundational platform that hopefully leads to long-lasting and successful careers.
